Return Policy
You may return or exchange all mainline products purchased on phosjewellery.com within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:
- Fill out the Return Form. This will enable you to initiate your return request which will be reviewed by our Customer Care team. Within 1 business day of submitting a request you will receive your return authorization by email, which is required for us to process your return.
- Once you have received your return authorization please make sure the item(s) you wish to return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to approve your return and issue a refund.
- Our Customer Care team will provide additional instructions in the return authorization email to help you complete your return.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- PHOS JEWELLERY reserves the right to refuse returns from customers with high return rates or if the items are returned in a condition that does not meet our standards.
- PHOS JEWELLERY does not accept returns for custom ordered or engraved pieces.
- PHOS JEWELLERY will not refund the original shipment cost to you unless the items in question have been deemed faulty or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
