The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. We regret that we cannot guarantee the shipping times as stated above, as delivery time will vary based on carrier and location.
Please note that for international shipments DHL and FedEx may require additional information, such as your social security number or fiscal number, for customs clearance. This is based on the total order value and is beyond our control. You may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. If you are contacted in such a manner it does not mean that you have been subscribed or enrolled in any messaging service, nor that you will be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, without the requested information, the carrier will be unable to deliver your order and it will be returned to our warehouse.
All orders shipped internationally will include a flat rate shipping fee, and may incur customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. For international orders shipped to the U.S., UK, or countries within the EU that incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, PHOS JEWELLERY will assume responsibility for these additional costs.
